RETURN & EXCHANGES 

SWEDEN ORDERS (FOR INTERNATIONAL - SCROLL DOWN)
To exchange or return your order, please register a request in the form below:

FOR SWEDEN EXCHANGES:
You will receive a QR code to return your product with at a Postnord Service Location.

You will within 3 days of your request receive an email confirmation with your exchange order and it will then be shipped to you in a new package. 

FOR SWEDEN RETURNS: 
You will receive a QR code to return your product with at Postnord.

Please note that no returns can be sent to us/will be accepted without a return slip administered from us. 

FOR INTERNATIONAL RETURNS: 
Please send the items you wish to return to

FOR INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES: 
Please place a new order if you wish to receive a new size/color. You ship the product back yourself. We refund the product value once it reaches our store. 

RETURN TIME:
You can return or exchange your BabyMocs products within 14 days from receiving your package. 

RETURN/EXCHANGE COST WITHIN SWEDEN: 
Return within Sweden - FREE for shoes. 40 SEK for Sunglasses, Headwear and other accessories. 

Exchange within Sweden - FREE for size exchanges for shoes. 80 SEK for Sunglasses, Headwear, Gifted/Won Products, other accessories & color exchanges for shoes.
There would be no way for us to stay climate focused if we would offer free exchanges on for example colors of accessories. 

RETURN/EXCHANGE COST INTERNATIONAL (outside Sweden):
International Returns - No cost is deducted from your order as you ship the product back yourself to the above mentioned adress. We refund the total product value. 
International Exchanges - Please place a new order if you wish to receive a new size/color. You ship the product back yourself. We refund the product value once it reaches our store. 

Return in the BabyMocs Store 
You may also exchange/return your package within 30 days in our physical store in Stockholm. No return cost for either shoes or accessories.

Refund
The product must be in new and in unused condition to be accepted for a refund or exchange. 

We do not refund shipping on exchanges and returns.
