Return and Exchange

CHRISTMAS EXTENDED RETURN TIME 🧑🏽‍🎄

We have extended the Return Time for Christmas Orders. All orders placed from Nov 1st can be returned until January 15, 2023. 


During our first month in 2018 more than 500 pairs of BabyMocs got new homes and only one pair was asked to be returned to change to another size. That is when we realized that our very low return rate means another way to save on the environment. 

We are no longer including a return paper slip in your order.
To exchange or return your order, please register a request by clicking here.

For exchanges:
For your product at home:
You will receive a QR code to return your product with at Postnord.
You will within 3 days of your request receive an email confirmation with your exchange order and it will then be shipped to you in a new package. 


For returns without an exchange request:
You will receive a QR code to return your product with at Postnord.

Please note that no returns can be sent to us/will be accepted without a return slip administered from us. 

Return time:
You can return or exchange your BabyMocs product until January 15, 2023 (Extended Return time for Christmas). 

Return within Sweden - FREE for shoes. 40 SEK for Sunglasses, Headwear and other accessories. 

Exchange within Sweden - FREE for size exchanges for shoes. 80 SEK for Sunglasses, Headwear, Gifted/Won Products, other accessories & color exchanges for shoes.

There would be no way for us to stay climate focused if we would offer free exchanges on for example colors of accessories. 

International Returns - 200 SEK (20 EUR)
International Exchanges - 400 SEK (40 EUR)

Return in the BabyMocs Store 
You may also exchange/return your package within 30 days in our physical store in Stockholm. No return cost for either shoes or accessories.

Refund
The product must be in new and in unused condition to be accepted for a refund or exchange. 

We do not refund shipping on exchanges and returns.
