CHRISTMAS EXTENDED RETURN TIME 🧑🏽‍🎄

We have extended the Return Time for Christmas Orders. All orders placed from Nov 1st can be returned until January 15, 2023. 


What is the shipping cost?

Within Sweden: 
We offer FREE shipping in Sweden from 600 SEK.
For orders below 600 SEK the shipping cost is 39 SEK.

Outside Sweden: 
We offer FREE shipping outside Sweden to a majority of countries for orders above 1000 SEK 

We do offer worldwide shipping and your shipping cost will be displayed at check out depending on the weight of your package.  

Where do we ship?

We are a Sweden based company & provide worldwide shipping. 

Delivery Times?

Sweden deliveries:
Standard 1-4 working days 
Scandinavian deliveries:
2-7 working days 
Outside Scandinavia:
2-12 working days depending on location. See more details at check out. 

Please note that we take no responsibility or bare the extra costs for orders placed with incomplete shipping info such as wrong or mispelled adress or no country code provided for the phone number.


How do we send your BabyMocs package?

For orders within Sweden: 
Smaller Packages: Postnord to your Post Box or Service Point
Larger Packages: DHL to your Service Point 

For International orders: 
Postnord or DHL depending on location & size of package  
DHL: Traceable
Postnord: Non-Traceable

After finishing processing your order, we will send it to the shipping company and it will be completely handled by them. After arriving to your destination, it will be handled by your destination´s postal service. Please note that we do not account for any possible costs/taxes that might occur when you pick up your package in your local country. 

Non picked-up packages: 
We do not account for the costs associated with a non-picked up package from your service point. For a package that is sent in return to us without having been first picked up by you, we will need to deduct 300 SEK from your return value (if your order value is lower than 300 SEK we will create a separate return invoice that will be sent to you). The cost for us to have a package prepared, packed and then shipped first to you and then back from a service point is very high and it would not be sustainable for either us or the environment to bare this extra cost of non-picked up orders for national or international orders.
Please note that you can always contact your local service point to extend your pick-up time or in many places even change the pick-up point.
